To redeem eSIM, select "eSIM" and enter email to receive one-time password (redemption QR code will be delivered via email)

To redeem Physical SIM, select "Physical SIM". Then, fill in delivery information (i.e. recipient name and Hong Kong mailing address)

Reminder: Additional delivery charge applies for physical supplementary SIM

Choose an activation date of physical supplementary SIM (from 3rd to 5th working days after payment, except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday). Service will be valid upon this selected activation date

Select to use Supplementary SIM coupon to waive the first 30 days service charge. Then click "Purchase" and proceed to payment

After successful payment, visit Home > Supplementary SIM to manage the service via your Primary SIM account (including complete supplementary SIM real-name registration, view service package validity, update auto-renewal setting and supplementary SIM name)

For eSIM: Scan QR code delivered to verified email address to install and activate

For Physical SIM: Insert SIM into mobile device on or after selected activation date to activate

Supplementary SIM coupon is only applicable to waive the service charge of the first 30 days upon purchase of Supplementary SIM Service (Voice & Data Sharing of Primary SIM) for once only. Additional delivery charge applies for physical supplementary SIM
Supplementary SIM service will be renewed automatically at the regular price. Auto-renew option can be updated at Home > "Supplementary SIM" after logging in.
Please log in your primary SIM account to complete Real-name registration for supplementary SIM to use service (Home > Supplementary SIM).
To share travel data usage, both primary SIM and supplementary SIM must be used simultaneously at the covered destinations of your service package.
Please use the rewards before expiry.
The rewards must be redeemed or used through the SoSIM app, while the SoSIM prepaid card must still be valid. If the card has expired, all rewards will be cancelled and non-refundable.
Rewards are not refundable for cash, will not be reissued or replaced if lost, deleted or used by others.
