2. Enter your phone number on the Top Up Other SoSIM page to top up, or;
3. Setting up auto top-up: For more convenience, you can enable the auto-top up function on the SoSIM App / website account management page , go to Settings > Turn on Auto-top Up, and instantly customize the monthly top up amount and top up date (supports Visa/Master credit cards)
   Tips: Customers can set the auto-top up amount to the amount of their frequently used service packages to ensure that the service packages can be automatically renewed and the phone number remains valid. For details, please refer to Top Up/Renewal.

The validity period of a new SoSIM number ranges from 120 to 365 days upon activation depending on the package you have purchased. You can extend SIM validity up to 730 days (upon topping up/purchase date) by topping up designated amounts. For more details, please refer to Recharge / Auto-renewal.

As mandated by the Office of the Communications Authority, you must have successfully completed Real-name Registration (RnR) to use mobile services in Hong Kong. Though RnR is not required if you intend on using SoSIM’s services at other locations, we recommend completing the application to facilitate ease of use of SoSIM around the world.

At each telecommunication operator, up to 10 prepaid SIM cards can be registered to each personal account, whereas up to 25 prepaid SIM cards can be registered to a company/corporate account.

There is no limit as to how many times you can submit your Real-Name Registration for review. Customers can cancel their real-name registration at any time and register again later (it is also not necessary to use the same identity document).
