  2. Eligible customer must register with a Hong Kong Identity Card or passport and no change shall be made after registration. Turn OFF "Incoming Calls while abroad"
In Home > Setting > Incoming Call Setting after logging in, turn OFF "Incoming Calls while abroad" to get rid of annoying calls and unnecessary travel voice charges.
**iPhone Users**
Turn OFF iOS "Live Voicemail"
Suggest turning OFF function via iPhone Setting > Phone > "Live Voicemail", to avoid real-time capture of voicemail which incurs travel voice and data charges.

Turn ON "Travel Data Auto-activation"
Travel Data Auto-activation is enabled by default for new SIM.
You can follow the activation guide below to update settings for your selected data pass (Home > Roaming Service) for instant activation upon arrival.
Cannot connect to network?
Reset Internet Connection
In Home > Roaming Service after logging in, select your data pass in use and click view details > "Click to Reset" to reset travel data service.
Then restart your device to connect to mobile network. If still unable to connect, please try to remove SIM card and insert again.

Travel Data SIM Auto-activation Setting

New Ai Travel SIM comes with Auto-Activation enabled by default, allowing your travel data pass to activate instantly upon arrival. If you are using a 5-Day Asia Pacific Travel Data SIM and have unused passes after your trip, or if you have purchased multiple data roaming packages, you can modify your Auto-activation setting* using SoSIM App / My Account portal to accommodate your travel needs.

Warm reminder: Simply enable "Data Roaming" and "VoLTE" services in mobile device and turn off Wi-Fi upon arrival at covered destinations, travel data will be available for use and start deducting immediately. If you are using dual SIM device, it is suggested to set Ai Travel SIM as the main card in the settings and turn on the roaming mobile data.

* This function does not affect travel data validity. Once travel data is activated by connecting to covered network, its validity starts counting even if Auto-activation is switched off.
